Office Hours
Our general office hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday and Saturday morning appointments are available from 9:00am – 11:30am with the physician on call.
The billing office and most of our administrative staff can be contacted during our business hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday Closed
We are closed for all major holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas
Prescriptions Refills
If you need a prescription refill, please contact us during office hours so that your chart can be reviewed. Please do not call after hours for prescription refills.
Urgent situations after hours:
In case of emergency, call 911
For all other urgent situations, please call our regular office phone number:
312-943-0282 and follow the prompts to have the physician on call paged
Prescriptions will not be filled after hours

Our confidentiality procedures are regulated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We comply completely with these guidelines. All of your medical information is kept strictly confidential.
